Believe it or not, this little business of mine started when I was in school for fashion marketing. I've also had an eye for choosing outfits and styling people and I wanted to make a career out of helping people do just that.
While working at a retail store I made a friendship with a customer who was browsing the aisles, giving her suggestions on what I thought would complement her. She told me I was really good at what I do and asked if I'd be interested in learning more about her wedding planning business as she was looking for help. From there I did an internship and then worked for another planner before I took the plunge going solo and I never looked back.
I will never tire of creating truly different, special events for each couple. I'm thrilled at the opportunity to create wonders for each and every client whom I work with. No matter what your vision is, I would love to be apart of this very special time and assist in making your dreams become a reality.

Nicole has always had a love of weddings for as long as she can remember, but never realized how truly passionate she was about them until she started working for Southern Charm as an intern in 2018. Once she realized she had truly found her passion and dream job, she quickly completed her training and is now one of our Head Planners & Designers and handles everything from our Month Of to our Full-Service Weddings.
She enjoys all aspects of a wedding, but Nicole especially loves the little details that make the day so special. Some of her favorite moments during a wedding are seeing how a room transforms into the bride's dream vision and watching how happy the couple looks walking back up the aisle after the ceremony has finished, they always have the biggest smiles! But what Nicole really loves about weddings, is that no wedding is the same. Each couple brings their own personality into the wedding day and Nicole loves the constant challenge of always being on her toes. This is why she makes such a good lead planner because she is always able to handle any situation. Not only does she want to make their wedding day everything they hoped for, but her main goal is also to take the stress away from the couple so they can really enjoy the day.

Nicole was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, and received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2016 from The University of Oklahoma. She loves working for Southern Charm and cannot wait to grow with it. When Nicole isn't working on a wedding you can usually find her reading, binging Netflix with a Dr. Pepper, or hanging with her little dog Gidget.
Lexie Porter

Lexie was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. She just recently married her high school sweetheart in October of 2020. She has always dreamed of being a wedding planner. Lexie started her dream job as a Wedding Planner with Southern Charm in 2021!
Lexie loves working alongside the bride & groom to make their dream vision come to life! She wants the couple’s special day to be fun, carefree, and a day they will never forget. Her main goal is for the couple to be able to enjoy their day and make memories they will never forget.

Savannah Young

Savannah is a Chi Omega at the University of Oklahoma majoring in Communication, with a minor in Marketing. She is a motivated and well-organized student who is passionate about wedding planning and who is excited to be pursuing her dream job.
Savannah’s spirit for wedding planning was inspired by her mother’s love for hosting and coordinating events for friends, family, and clients. This overflowed onto Savannah as she has grown up assisting alongside her mother’s events and has always known she had a special place in her heart for planning weddings. Savannah loves being a part of such a monumental day for a couple and prides herself in paying close attention to every detail to ensure they have the most magical and unforgettable day possible. She is also skilled at multitasking and communication and strives to bring the bride and grooms vision of their special day to life.
Savannah loves weddings because she is inspired each time she witnesses two people making a covenant to love one another forever and feels honored and privileged to help plan such a beautiful and sacred day. She loves seeing the bride walk down the aisle and the pure joy on the groom’s face. Savannah believes that every bride and groom deserve a special and seamless wedding day and will do everything in her power to make it happen. She loves giving the couple memories they can look back on for a lifetime of happily ever after.
Kadia Kice

Kadia is originally from Dallas, Texas who recently graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Marketing and a minor in International Enterprise Studies. During her internship with Southern Charm Events in 2022, Kadia discovered her true passion for wedding planning.
Kadia finds immense joy in bringing couples' wedding dreams to life and ensuring their day is nothing short of extraordinary. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to personalized service, she caters to each couple's unique desires and needs, leaving no stone unturned.
One of Kadia's most treasured moments on a wedding day is the quiet, special time shared with the bride just before she takes her walk down the aisle. These fleeting moments are filled with anticipation, connection, and a deep sense of excitement.
Driven by her genuine love for what she does, Kadia goes above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences for every couple. From personalized touches to flawless execution, she is dedicated to making their wedding dreams a reality.
Stephyn and her team are absolutely amazing.
They did an amazing job decorating our venue while I spent the day getting pampered with my bridesmaids. They handled some small issues with other vendors. They were they to guide us and keep everything on track. I highly recommend these ladies.
