Hi, I’m Stephyn.
For nearly two decades, weddings have been more than a career for me, they’ve been a passion.
As the owner of Southern Charm Events, I oversee weddings throughout Oklahoma and Texas, leading a talented team of planners dedicated to creating seamless, meaningful celebrations. While my team coordinates many of our weddings, I personally take on a limited number of Partial Planning and Full-Service clients each year so I can remain closely involved in the planning process and the relationships that make this work so rewarding.
What I love most about weddings isn’t just the beautiful details, it’s the people behind them. I believe every couple deserves to feel supported, confident, and fully present throughout their engagement and wedding day. My goal is to make the planning experience feel organized, enjoyable, and as stress-free as possible.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of helping hundreds of couples bring their wedding visions to life. Whether it’s guiding big-picture decisions or managing the smallest details, I approach every celebration with care, intention, and a servant’s heart.
When I’m not planning weddings, I enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants, decorating spaces, and creating meaningful experiences with family and friends.

Certified Wedding Planner: Full Service, Partial Planning, & Month Of
Nicole has always had a love of weddings for as long as she can remember, but never realized how truly passionate she was about them until she started working for Southern Charm as an intern in 2018. Once she realized she had truly found her passion and dream job, she quickly completed her training and is now one of our Head Planners & Designers and handles everything from our Month Of to our Full-Service Weddings.
She enjoys all aspects of a wedding, but Nicole especially loves the little details that make the day so special. Some of her favorite moments during a wedding are seeing how a room transforms into the bride's dream vision and watching how happy the couple looks walking back up the aisle after the ceremony has finished, they always have the biggest smiles! But what Nicole really loves about weddings, is that no wedding is the same. Each couple brings their own personality into the wedding day and Nicole loves the constant challenge of always being on her toes. This is why she makes such a good lead planner because she is always able to handle any situation. Not only does she want to make their wedding day everything they hoped for, but her main goal is also to take the stress away from the couple so they can really enjoy the day.

Nicole was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, and received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2016 from The University of Oklahoma. She loves working for Southern Charm and cannot wait to grow with it. When Nicole isn't working on a wedding you can usually find her reading, binging Netflix with a Dr. Pepper, or hanging with her little dog Gidget.

As part of the Southern Charm Events team, Camryn serves couples throughout Texas and Oklahoma, helping bring beautiful wedding visions to life while ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed.
Whether she’s coordinating timelines, managing vendors, or fluffing a dress before the walk down the aisle, Camryn’s goal is simple: to create a wedding day experience that feels effortless, joyful, and unforgettable.
Stephyn and her team are absolutely amazing.

I got the day of/month of package and let me tell you - it is worth every penny! Sarah was so wonderful - I cannot even being to explain how amazing she is! Everything to the last detail was done perfectly and she helped me so much along the way. Even after it was all said and done she was quick to answer any questions I had!
